Once an order is placed the item(s) are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If you have placed a pre-order, please refer to your original order confirmation email for shipping details. Please note that your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to successfully process your order. For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund to you within 24 hrs. LOCAL TAXES/CUSTOMS DUTY
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.
We deliver our products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier (EMIRATES POST PREMIUM).
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 1 to 4 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 15 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
MWINDA displays the transit times quoted by the shipping carrier company Emirates Post . It reflects the average duration of transit – it may be faster or considerably longer. Please note, MWINDA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 48 hours for the refund transfer to be completed once the order has been cancelled. Please email us with your order number on: Info@mwinda.co
You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price merchandise within 5 days of receiving the item. All sale items are final sale.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, in the original packaging & including all tags. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after 5 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please notify us and return the ordered item in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

You must return your items to the address below within 5 days from the day you receive your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package RETURN TO SENDER. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO
Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.
MWINDA recommends sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, MWINDA will not be held accountable for any losses.
